Trade Shows & Exhibitions
- Complete management of stands, equipment and consumables
- Fulfillment of all materials to event based on pre-notified schedule or ad-hoc request
- Daytime, evening, weekend and bank holiday events
- Liaison with event organisers and location operators regarding delivery and collection times
- Delivery to event on specified day/time
- All necessary personnel, two or three man team if required
- All necessary equipment (such as tail lift truck and trolleys for extra heavy items)
- Stand assembly
- Equipment assembly
- Restocking of consumables if necessary during the event
- Break down, assessment of breakages / condition of stand and equipment and removal
- Overnight transport between venues
- Return to warehouse, stock take and report on damages and consumables
